Jungle Gems offers many healthy nutrients along with unusual ingredients that take boredom out of snack-time!

Unfamiliar with Incan berries? This little berry from Peru is packed with nutrition. About the size of a small grape, each tangy berry is loaded with little seeds that parrots enjoy.

Incan berries provide protein, fiber, phosphorous, Vitamin A, several B Vitamins and Vitamin C. Incan berries are also a good source of vitamin P (bioflavinoids).

Studies on bioflavinoids have demonstrated they possess antiviral, anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, antihistamine, and antioxidant activities.

Papaya contains the powerful digestive enzyme, papain. Papaya is also a good source of calcium, rich in beta-carotene, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, natural anti-inflammatory enzymes, and vitamins. Yams slices are a bright orange colour and an excellent source of beta-carotene, fiber, vitamins and potassium. Jungle Gems is a DRY MIX - Serve on its' own as a treat or snack food, or add a few tablespoons over top of any dry food mix.
