Vitality Bean Sprouts
 Avian Vitality Bean Sprouts are a delicious blend of lentils, peas and garbanzo
beans. Relished by most parrot species, this spicy, crunchy blend is the ultimate
in sprouting. Ideal for beginners to sprouting for birds!
Sprouts should be considered an essential part of every parrots' diet.
Simple to prepare - just follow the easy directions below:
*Add desired amount of package contents into a jar or other sprouting vessel.
*Add water, and swirl. Drain off water.
*Cover with water and allow to soak 6-8 hours. Cover sprouting vessel top with
cheesecloth or paper towel. Secure with rubber band or string.
*Drain once more after the 6-8 hour initial soak.
*Rinse 2-3 times daily, always draining off all excess water.
*Rinse & feed when tails appear. (approximately 2-3 days)
Always serve well-rinsed sprouts when small tails first emerge. Sprouts are
their optimal nutritional best at this point!
We suggest only sprouting the amount you'll feed within 2 days. Store sprouted
crunchy bean mix in refrigerator.

Avian Vitality Sprouts aid in digestion, promote optimal liver function and

About the size of a small grape, each tangy berry is loaded with little

Incan berries provide protein, fiber, phosphorous, Vitamin A, several

P (bioflavinoids).
