Shipping and Order Information
Payments:
All on-line orders are processed through our secure shopping cart: PayPal. If you currently do not have a PayPal account, there is no need to open one; credit cards or bank debit cards can be processed by PayPal without opening an account.
U.S. customer payment options: For our U.S. customers, we also accept money orders. For established clients and wholesale clients, we also accept personal and/or company checks. To pay with either of these options, please send your order via email to: sales@avianorganics.com
Canadian customer payment options:
Payment may be made using EMT. This service is available through all major Canadian banks. Canadian residents may also pay by personal checks and/or money orders. Additionally, we also offer C.O.D. service within Canada. Please be aware there is an additional fee of $7.50 for this service. Orders must be sent via email if paying by EMT, personal check, C.O.D. or money order. Send orders to: sales@avianorganics.com
Shipping Policies:
We ship anywhere in Canada and the U.S. via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. All orders will receive Order Confirmation Notices, by email. We also give approximate shipping dates. Orders are processed and prepared for shipping as quickly as possible; usually shipment takes place 5-7 business days, or sooner, after receipt of paid orders. At certain times we do experience very high order volume and orders will be delayed. We notify each customer in this event. Tracking numbers are provided at time of shipment. International (Overseas) orders are welcome! We have clients in Asia, Europe, Australia, South America and the U. K. Returns/Refunds:
We cannot accept returns of food products under any circumstances. If you are not sure which of our products might best suit your bird(s), please feel free to contact us. Avian Organics is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-directed or US Customs returned parcels. Should any of these highly unusual situations arise, we will assist individuals in filing a claim with your post service if required. Avian Organics is not responsible for parcels unclaimed from your postal facility if a 'delivery attempt' notice was left. It is the customers' responsibilty to arrange re-delivery or parcel pick-up.
Specials, Sales & Promotions:
We periodically feature shipping specials (even FREE shipping at times!), products sales, new product launch promotions, and photo contests. Some of these Specials are private, reserved only for those customers who receive our newsletters. To be included in our data base for these exciting offers, please contact us.
