Finally a product on the market that is a simple solution to adding a healthy zip to your own mashes, chop or even add it to a seed mix. We created this for our own flock after our vet recommended to add flax and hemp to our parrot's daily diet. We expanded on the idea and added other rich in vitamin seeds. The sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds are to trick my fussy ones. We either add a 1/4 teaspoon to their fresh foods in the morning or offer it as a treat before bed in a little dish.

Offer 1/2 teaspoon daily for medium sized parrots and 1/4 teaspoon for smaller.
