How long does it take to ship my order?
We ship your order within 7 business days there can be supply problems, also food products are made to order.  I do not stockpile ingredients or pre made packs do to the nature of the ingredients.

Will I get a tracking number with my order?
Yes, you will receive a notice that your item was shipped with a tracking number.  If you don't hear from us, check your SPAM folder in your email program.  If there is still no notice, feel free to contact us.

Can I visit your store?
We are an online store, with no storefront.

Are the prices in US$?
Yes, all prices are in US dollars.  We are a Canadian company, due to the constant fluctuation of the Canadian dollar, we are using US currency in order to keep our prices consistent.  If you are in Canada, please visit www.thingsforwings.ca for a complete selection of Avian Organics.

Where are you located?
We are located in Canada, on the West Coast, just above Seattle.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by the shopping cart.  If you notice the shipping seems extraordinarily high, please contact us and we will look into it.

What method of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

Will I be charged a handling fee?
We do not charge a handling fee.

Do you have gift wrapping or can I send an order as a gift?
Of course you can.  Make a note at check out and we will ensure the gift includes the note and presentation reflects a gift.

Do you have Gift Certificates?
Yes we do, we are currently setting this up.

Do you donate to bird rescues?
We support our local rescue with an annual fundraiser and help other selected rescues as needed.

Can I return my order?
Due to the risk of easily transmitted avian diseases we have a no return policy.

Do you wholesale Avian Organics© products?
At this time we do not, however please contact us with your enquiry and we will add you to our Wholesale waiting list.

It says the item I want is out of stock, can I still get it?
The item was out of stock due to missing ingredients or baking not completed.  Be sure to add yourself to the Wait List and you will be notified immediately when it becomes available.
