The Berry Blue Veggie Chop is our basic staple chop recipe featuring blueberries. Vegetable ingredients vary due to the availability and freshness. We include assorted squash, yams, sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini, cauliflower, chard, sweet peppers, peas, kale, broccoli, apples, pears and blueberries.
Each package is one and three quarters to two cups of freeze dried product, approximately 40-50 grams.
